Lead and build Rearc's sales function: drive outbound enterprise pipeline in data/AI/cloud, establish partner co-sell motions, design sales process and forecasting, close complex deals, represent the company externally, and hire and scale a high-performance sales team.

Lead business development and capture for DoW-focused opportunities (DSCA, COCOMs). Identify, shape, and prioritize pursuits, develop capture strategies, secure teaming, engage clients, and support proposal development and submission. Coordinate with leadership and BD staff to align priorities and track pursuits; represent the firm in meetings and events.
