This role is responsible for payroll administration, HR support, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and recruiting efforts in a collaborative team environment.

Import, transform, and load data from external sources into production databases. Ensure data consistency and quality, collaborate with internal/external stakeholders, support segmentation updates, and assist with displaying data in web applications. Begin onsite for training in Mesa, AZ, then transition to a hybrid schedule.

Recruits and screens candidates through multiple channels, manages job postings, schedules interviews, and onboards new employees. Partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, evaluates applicant qualifications, supports employee questions, and contributes to broader HR initiatives. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, confidentiality, knowledge of employment regulations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Provides administrative support for general operations, fleet, risk, and safety functions in a construction environment. Maintains records, files, training documentation, safety reports, incident records, subcontractor documents, lien notices, licenses, and audit materials. Coordinates fleet maintenance and registration, PPE distribution, onboarding, and safety training tracking. Also provides receptionist and front-office support, including calls, visitors, mail, and deliveries.

Lead product positioning, messaging, market strategy, and go-to-market execution for fintech infrastructure products spanning payments, cards, lending, deposits, compliance, and digital assets. Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling narratives for fintech operators, developers, executives, and sales teams. Synthesize market and competitive insights, develop launch strategies, align cross-functional stakeholders, and enable pipeline growth and brand differentiation.

Supports daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training compliance, HRIS administration, payroll support, employee engagement, safety programs, and personnel records. Provides guidance on policies, assists with compliance and investigations, coordinates orientations and job fairs, and supports the HR Director with administrative tasks. The role requires accurate handling of confidential employee and payroll information, collaboration across departments, and occasional holiday, weekday, or weekend availability.

Own a portfolio of technical B2B SaaS customers throughout onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Build executive and technical stakeholder relationships, connect integration capabilities to measurable business outcomes, manage forecasts and commercial negotiations, identify risks and growth opportunities, lead business reviews, and improve account-management processes. Partner cross-functionally with technical, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and support teams while serving as the customer’s internal advocate.

Oversee Vision Family Resource Center operations, grant-funded projects, budgets, reporting, compliance, and staff supervision. Coordinate project development, partner relationships, meetings, timelines, deliverables, data tracking, and continuous improvement. Serve as liaison to funders and community stakeholders, lead outreach and presentations, manage fiscal activities, and ensure culturally responsive communications. Bilingual English/Spanish communication and occasional travel are required.

Lead a team of mechanical engineers and contractors supporting a major medical isotope facility from design through construction, startup, and operational readiness. Set priorities, staffing, and performance expectations; ensure quality delivery of designs, calculations, specifications, and procurement packages; coordinate with cross-functional teams; support regulatory, licensing, construction, and field issue resolution; and represent mechanical engineering in executive reviews.

Lead regional program and operations for multiple Ronald McDonald House and Family Room sites: manage staff and volunteers, oversee 24/7 facility operations and facilities management, implement program strategy and continuous improvement, build hospital partnerships, manage budgets and reporting, and ensure family-centered care and compliance with organizational policies.
