Job Description
Your Impact to the role:
- Convert and maintain complete electronic employee personnel files, records, and other documentation for employees, including processing new employees and forms for employment status changes.
- Coordinate pre-employment and new hire paperwork and processes.
- Maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data to review source documents for accuracy and completion of data input.
- Create and maintain key reporting packages for HR including: Turnover, Joiner/Leaver, HeadCount, Gratis, Status Change, and Employee milestones.
- Prepare reports from the HRIS involving payroll information, performance management and demographic data.
- Maintain a user-friendly turnover dashboard for HR team as well as for CHRO and CFO to access on an as needed basis.
- Administer all employee benefit programs including enrollments and terminations.
- Coordinate and conduct the new employee onboarding process and present benefit offerings to ensure employees gain an understanding of benefit plans and enrollment provisions.
- Manage end to end visa initiation and renewal process working directly with Immigration Counsel & employee.
- Assist employees with FMLA & Short-Term Disability paperwork. Manage disability claims according to the plan.
- Prepare annual fringe benefits reporting in partnership with central payroll team.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of role.
- Gain an understanding of which benefits are important to our HQ & NA populations.
- Use data to influence how HR can provide a better employee experience
- Achieve a higher understanding of compensation & benefits to further evolve the team and this role.
- Support in implementing clear and more efficient business processes for tracking metrics including, but not limited to, headcount, budget, turnover, seasonal spend, and HR Ops finances.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
You have:
- 3+ Years of Experience Required in a similar position
- Maintains confidentiality using the utmost discretion
- Adorer of systems – experience utilizing an HRIS preferred
- Experience support Canada with payroll and benefits highly preferred
- Experience with budgeting and/or staff costs preferred
- Good understanding of employee benefits
- Strong project management skills & solution oriented
- Curiosity for the business and Human Resources

- Self-starter who is able to work well independently & within a team with a strong focus on customer service
- Proven Project Management Skills
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000 USD.
