Design and support database structures, maintain procedures and documentation, coordinate infrastructure implementation, perform testing and disaster recovery activities, and mentor technical staff. The role also supports z/OS infrastructure, Oracle, SQL Server, Azure, and related enterprise applications.

Leads fraud strategy through trend analysis, root-cause investigation, mitigation recommendations, and fraud-control optimization. Manages and mentors 2–5 fraud analysts, evaluates detection tools and data sources, monitors performance metrics, and communicates risk insights to leadership. Partners with Operations, Compliance, Credit, and Product teams to implement compliant fraud strategies and reduce losses while supporting growth.

Lead product analytics efforts by defining and tracking product metrics, building analytics-ready data models with dbt, creating Power BI dashboards, designing and interpreting A/B tests and causal analyses, developing ROI projections, partnering with engineering and clinical teams, and communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Owns enterprise data architecture across Aetna Technology’s multicloud, multivendor environment. Defines reference architectures, data mesh operating models, systems of record, pipeline standards, governance controls, lineage, quality, PHI protections, and zero-trust access patterns. Enables AI and analytics through semantic layers, feature readiness, retrieval, and data contracts. Provides architecture governance, evaluates platforms, influences senior leaders and vendors, and coaches architects and engineers without direct reporting authority.

Design, develop, test and support Informatica ETL workflows integrating Oracle, MySQL, Salesforce and Data Lake sources. Create/modify Perl scripts, produce design documentation and data flow diagrams, collaborate with QA and business users, troubleshoot issues, and cross-train team members. Follow secure development practices and support performance and integration testing.

Design, build, and maintain large-scale GCP data pipelines and data warehouse solutions using Dataproc, GCS, BigQuery, Hadoop/Spark/Hive and Airflow. Mentor engineers, run agile ceremonies, prioritize backlog, provide on-call support, and deliver data models and products at multi-TB/PB scale.
