Serve as lead Salesforce (Allison 360) steward and liaison between Marketing, Sales & Service and IT. Coordinate requests, manage steering committee, create and triage service tickets and user stories, prioritize enhancements, test changes, audit and clean data, produce reports and metrics, and train MSS associates. Communicate platform updates to global stakeholders and assist Director on projects.
