This Financial Systems Senior Analyst role is a vital member of the Enterprise Business Management (EBM) Office that provides direct oversight of enterprise finance platforms and data workflows across Texas Capital Bank.
This high-profile role combines data integration expertise with platform governance in support of the EBM Office's expanding charter. The position provides opportunities to work directly with finance, technology, and business leadership in designing data flows, managing platform configurations, and ensuring data usability across downstream systems. This role has a strong systems and data focus and will require a self-motivated, action-oriented strategic thinker who can prioritize, communicate, and collaborate to build relationships across departmental lines and drive platform initiatives to successful completion.
Responsibilities
· Be a key partner to the Enterprise Finance Leadership Team; supporting enterprise business management capabilities across several models, projects and their reporting in Apptio.
· Design and document data flow architecture; identify integration points, data dependencies, and handoff sequences.
· Establish data mapping standards and master data governance across platforms to ensure consistency in definitions, hierarchies, and dimensions.
· Contribute to the development of data governance policies and practices for platforms facilitated by the EBM Office.
· Support the establishment of data quality standards, validation rules, and remediation workflows; track SLAs for data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
· Document platform capabilities, data schemas, and business rules; maintain current documentation of platform configuration and data lineage.
· Identify manual processes and redundant data entry across finance systems; design and implement automated workflows to reduce rework and improve timeliness.
· Act as a liaison between the EBM Office, Corporate Finance, IT, and business units on platform, data, and allocation matters.
· Monitor data integration health, latency, and quality; proactively identify and resolve integration failures or data anomalies.
Requirements
· An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
· A minimum of 5 years of related experience in data integration, ETL, data governance, or enterprise systems administration.
· Initiative to identify data quality issues, scope and logically structure an analysis, extract relevant insights, and communicate with a point of view.
· Strong technical foundation: SQL, relational databases, and data modeling; ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
· Expertise in data governance frameworks, master data management, or information architecture.
· Problem solver attitude with a curious mindset.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented self-starter.
· Ability to build relationships with, and provide thought leadership to, officers of TCB.
· Experience thriving in a dynamic and fast-moving work environment.

· Prior experience supporting a technology organization.
· Certification in ITSM, data management, governance, or relevant platform (e.g., Apptio Training).
· MBA/MIS or similar degree/certification.
