The Temporary FC Ops Associate is responsible for setting up, picking, packing, and manifesting materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations.

The Reverse Logistics Specialist will optimize reverse logistics processes, manage RMA Center operations, and improve return workflows while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Supervise daily processing of catastrophic workers' compensation claims under Texas law and DWC rules. Manage staff, recruit and coach employees, ensure quality and compliance, oversee budgets, procedures, and a caseload including TIB, IIB, SIB, LIB, and death benefit claims.

Provide in-person desktop and end-user support at Dallas HQ, administer Microsoft identity and 365 services, manage endpoints with Intune/SCCM/Jamf, automate tasks via PowerShell and Graph API, enforce security standards, document processes, and escalate issues per ITIL.

Oversee daily warehouse operations, manage P&L and site budget, lead and develop warehouse and driver teams, ensure timely deliveries, enforce SOPs and safety, use systems to troubleshoot, analyze KPIs, and drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Provide technical, order, and payment-related assistance to internal and external customers. Coordinate across Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve issues, recommend solutions, and ensure end-to-end handling of requests. Prepare and analyze forecasts and sales performance metrics, proactively update customers, and improve customer satisfaction.

Lead regional HOA operations across Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin, coach and mentor community managers, ensure KPI performance and compliance, manage client/board relationships, oversee onboarding, risk mitigation, financials, and vendor/contract interactions while supporting continuous improvement and training.

Manage day-to-day operations across departments for carwash/detailing services. Develop and implement operational policies, lead and train staff, oversee procurement and inventory, analyze metrics to improve productivity and control costs, ensure safety compliance, perform hands-on work when needed, maintain vendor and client relationships, and manage budgets and expense controls.
