Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT to analyze, document, and implement ServiceNow (ITSM/HRSD) solutions. Drive process improvements, define functional/technical specs, identify integrations and data needs, support testing (UAT/regression), and lead cross-functional projects using Agile methods and ServiceNow best practices.

Monitor real-time network performance and alarms, perform Tier I diagnostics, create and manage trouble tickets, coordinate field dispatch, escalate incidents to engineering or carriers, communicate with customers, and maintain network documentation and standards.

Greet and assist customers, answer phones, maintain the reception area, direct visitors to appropriate staff, type correspondence, assist with scheduling sales appointments, and support sales and internal teams. Perform other duties as assigned.

Process and manage vehicle title and registration paperwork, submit out-of-state titling documents, maintain title schedules and weekly/monthly reports, stay current on DMV/state policies, handle high-volume phone and email communication, and support month-end close and other duties as assigned.

Provide member and internal support for debit/credit/ATM cards and mobile wallet services. Process routine card maintenance, assist with dispute intake and tracking, research transactions, manage daily reports, prepare standard member communications, cross-train across card services functions, and escalate complex issues to senior staff while maintaining accurate records and high customer service.

Provide as-needed administrative coverage for divisional offices: greet and assist visitors, answer and direct calls and emails, perform filing, copying and data entry, handle routine administrative tasks, maintain confidentiality, and ensure smooth office operations during staff absences.

Assist Intercultural Ministries by maintaining records, providing clerical support, managing communications, and organizing travel and events.

Assist in overseeing communication between crews, loading/unloading, conduct irrigation audits, supervise installations, ensure safety protocols, and manage schedules.

The IT Support Specialist provides technical assistance, installs and repairs hardware and software, maintains IT inventory, and travels to various bank locations for support.

Manage and supervise front-desk Provider Support Specialist team, drive staff training and development, handle escalations, and act as account manager for a cohort of mental health providers. Track provider engagement in the CRM, run metrics meetings, deliver business coaching, and support facility and client/provider relations to grow service locations.
