Part-time, on-site sales associate who drives daily sales and conversion goals, educates clients on products and treatments, supports retention programs, handles opening/closing and cash reconciliation, maintains inventory and merchandising, provides peer coaching and onboarding support, enforces compliance and safety, and occasionally covers other clinics. Provide full-scope HR support for Carrell Clinic locations including onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, terminations, compliance, and HR project work with the broader HR team.
