Support the marketing team by creating media, managing brand content and websites, conducting research, driving website traffic, writing blogs, and collaborating with teams on API, Data Fabric, and App Canvas initiatives.

Lead technical onboarding and integration of clinical and claims data, manage EMR/API/SFTP integrations, design data flows and documentation, perform data QA/validation, troubleshoot issues, and manage go-live and post-implementation support.

Maintains knowledgebase articles, databases, reports, documentation, and task tracking. Provide technical leadership to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise customer-data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud and related cloud, API, and streaming technologies. Mentor junior engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, perform root cause analysis, and document solutions across front-end, back-end, and data layers.

Record journal entries for revenue, payroll and accruals; prepare month-end close, income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements; maintain bank and balance sheet reconciliations; produce variance analyses and ad-hoc financial reports; support audits, acquisitions, and accounting procedure documentation.
