Lead and coach a dealership sales team to meet unit and profitability targets. Manage the full sales lifecycle, recruit and develop staff, maintain inventory and merchandising, manage CRM and pipeline, resolve customer escalations, and collaborate with Service and Parts to drive dealership results.

Manage day-to-day FTZ import/export operations and act as primary liaison with CBP and customs brokers. File entries, prepare CBP documentation, support audits and post-entry corrections, maintain FTZ administration and audit programs, manage freight forwarders and FTZ vendors, and deliver FTZ training and presentations.

Lead county fundraising and community relations efforts, manage and coach the fundraising team, cultivate major individual and corporate donors, secure sponsorships and in-kind support, develop development plans and donor stewardship, coordinate volunteer engagement and promotional materials to meet annual revenue goals.

Manage daily dispatch and driver assignments for a fleet of 60+ CDL Class A drivers. Use PeopleNet, TMW, and TotalMail to schedule, code, and track deliveries, backhauls, and equipment status. Enforce DOT and company compliance, handle customer and driver communications, document incidents, maintain reports, and support shift handovers to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective operations.

Manages complex public safety product and service deployments from inception through completion. Coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks project performance, ensures delivery within schedule, budget, and quality requirements, and communicates status to stakeholders. Applies Six Sigma and project management methodologies, assesses and mitigates risks, motivates team members, and supports business planning. Requires substantial travel across the United States and collaboration with government customers.

Partner with project and operations leadership to analyze field profitability, perform variance and scenario analyses, monitor budgets and forecasts, generate financial reports, identify cost-savings and margin risks, recommend process improvements, maintain data integrity and internal controls, and communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders to support operational decision-making.

Lead enterprise risk management, insurance and surety programs, claims oversight, alternative risk financing (including captives), and cross-functional loss-reduction initiatives. Advise executive leadership, manage renewals and brokers, analyze claims and KRIs, negotiate contract risk provisions, and partner with Safety, Fleet, Finance, and legal to reduce total cost of risk.
