The role covers trade lifecycle events, confirmations, settlements, payments, netting, matching, SWIFT and ISO 20022 interfaces, batch dependencies, reconciliation, regression testing, SIT, UAT, migration rehearsals, cutover, and hypercare. Candidates troubleshoot Kondor+ processing and integration issues and understand treasury instruments, settlement conventions, and external payment or settlement integrations.

Responsible for Kondor+ upgrade integration, data migration, reconciliation, and database activities. Analyzes interfaces, APIs, messaging, data structures, and database dependencies; develops SQL validation and reconciliation controls; troubleshoots integration and data issues; supports testing, migration rehearsals, cutover, performance analysis, and post-go-live hypercare. Works with solution architects, technical and functional consultants, DBAs, infrastructure teams, and downstream application owners across financial systems.

Implement and support Kondor+ upgrades through installation, configuration, technical remediation, custom development, interface and batch processing support, testing, defect resolution, migration rehearsals, production cutover, and post-go-live hypercare. The role also requires troubleshooting logs and performance issues, supporting database scripts, and producing deployment documentation.

Provides functional analysis, configuration, upgrade support, and validation for Kondor+ Front Office functionality. The consultant assesses upgrade impacts, configures trading and treasury workflows, validates trade capture, pricing, valuation, P&L, risk, positions, and interfaces, and develops regression test scenarios. The role supports SIT, UAT, production cutover, business users, and post-production hypercare while troubleshooting configuration, data, and technical issues across treasury products.

Supports banking transformation initiatives by eliciting and managing requirements, analyzing current and future-state processes, translating business needs into solution requirements, facilitating stakeholders, and supporting testing, implementation, business readiness, and client delivery. Requires strong banking domain expertise, consulting capability, stakeholder management, and experience across complex regulated environments.

Deliver change management for banking and wealth transformation programs. Responsibilities include change strategy and planning, impact and readiness assessments, stakeholder mapping and engagement, communications planning, adoption support, training coordination, workshop facilitation, and executive presentations. The consultant partners with business, technology, and program teams to manage resistance, prepare impacted teams, embed new processes, and provide structured recommendations to financial services clients.

Lead strategic transformation initiatives for Financial Crime Compliance and Market Conduct & Trade Surveillance. Assess current capabilities, define target states, conduct gap analyses, establish requirements, and develop multi-year roadmaps. Facilitate decisions across compliance, technology, architecture, data, and program management while translating regulatory and control objectives into actionable plans, measurable outcomes, and senior-management recommendations.
