Coordinates organization-wide training and development programs for a community bank. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, supporting new-hire scheduling, administering courses through BAI Training, monitoring completion, gathering feedback, evaluating effectiveness, and coordinating training budgets and objectives across departments.
