Lead enterprise indirect procurement strategy across IT, services, marketing, facilities, and corporate categories. Drive strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, cost savings, contract negotiations, procurement transformation, analytics, and cross-functional alignment to support growth and operational excellence.

Manage and grow customer lending relationships in agriculture, performing credit analysis, loan origination and servicing, collateral inspections, loan closings, and portfolio monitoring. Build, maintain, and optimize WordPress sites and landing pages focused on conversions. Own technical SEO, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and AIO for generative search. Implement analytics, tag management, and A/B testing while collaborating with marketing and admissions.

Part-time role supporting Parks and Recreation with graphic design for web and print, maintaining online calendars, assisting with marketing and outreach, and providing basic bookkeeping and financial administrative support for departmental reports and operations.

Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and reports; support accounts payable/receivable, payroll backup, budget process, and external audits; ensure GAAP compliance and proper classification of transactions; maintain accounting controls and system functionality; assist with special accounting and budget projects.

Manage and maintain the agency training infrastructure: schedule orientations, update Relias, track compliance, deliver and coordinate trainings, support audits and policy updates, investigate incidents and report to regulators, chair staff development, coordinate internships, and provide training on agency technology and compliance topics.
