Ensure availability, security, compliance (WebTrust, CA/B Forum), HSM administration and key ceremonies, drive automation, manage audits and policies (CPS/CP), define DR/BCP for HSMs, mentor distributed PKI teams, and serve as SME and escalation point for complex PKI incidents.
