Coordinates implementation of a behavioral health community safety coalition, including partner recruitment, stakeholder engagement, meetings, MOUs, referral pathways, training activities, outreach, documentation, milestone tracking, and performance reporting. Provide expert Windows administration and Tier 1/2 desktop support for the company’s laptop fleet. Responsibilities include Windows imaging, deployment, patching, lifecycle management, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration, hardware and connectivity troubleshooting, laptop provisioning, asset inventory, endpoint compliance, and process improvement. The role supports users both remotely and in person while maintaining strong customer service and resolving complex technical issues.
