Own month- and year-end close activities, maintain general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany and debt service accounting. Produce reconciliations, financial statements, reports, and assist with budgeting, forecasting, audits, Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting. Manage AR aging, treasury tasks, and partner with AP/Payroll. Identify process improvements, strengthen controls, and support special accounting projects.

Prepare and post high-volume daily journal entries and cash reconciliations across entities; handle banking transactions; support monthly close and audits; manage AR collections and issuances; collaborate with internal teams and external partners; utilize Sage Intacct and upload templates; identify process improvements and support efficiency/automation.
