Build and manage client relationships, source and convert new clients using firm and referral leads, create and maintain comprehensive financial plans, collaborate with internal specialists, stay current on market trends, and comply with industry policies and procedures.

Hands-on FP&A business partner responsible for company-wide P&L consolidation, planning, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, and executive commentary. Support G&A leaders, coordinate cross-functional finance activities, maintain allocation methodologies, manage budgets/headcount planning, drive month/quarter/year-end processes, and contribute to finance transformation and system improvements.

Lead requirements gathering, testing, and product lifecycle for partnership accounting platforms and BI/reporting tools. Translate complex fund accounting and investor reporting needs into technical specifications, manage integrations and upgrades (Investran, eFront, LemonEdge), ensure data quality across reporting layers, and advise finance teams on process improvements and automation.

Provide territory management support to inside and outside sales, handle inbound/outbound calls, fulfill research and literature requests, assemble marketing/client materials, assist with salesforce client marketing plans, leverage fund analysis systems, and recommend process improvements while maintaining product and industry knowledge.

Sell new and pre-owned vehicles using a consultative approach: build relationships, set appointments, demonstrate vehicles, guide customers through purchase, follow up for referrals, meet sales goals, and work with management to review performance.

Lead community outreach and referral development to grow occupancy. Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies, conduct tours and move-ins, track leads in CRM/PCC, organize events, train staff, and collaborate with leadership to ensure exceptional resident and family experiences.
