Overnight Technical Support Engineer provides monitoring, incident response, patch management, scheduled maintenance, and server/network troubleshooting across Windows, Linux, virtual, and cloud environments. Executes patch cycles, performs maintenance and backups, manages Active Directory and account requests, coordinates handoffs, and escalates incidents to Tier 2 while documenting outcomes and maintaining SLAs.

Build project financial models, analyze construction cost data, manage project change and debt (compliance, drawdowns, cash forecasting), report trends using an FP&A tool and Power BI, and deliver stakeholder-facing forecasts and ad hoc analyses.

Provide paralegal support to USAO attorneys: organize and track documents, maintain calendars and deadlines, locate witnesses, examine records, conduct legal research, draft correspondence and proposed court orders, scan and maintain electronic case files, and support Affirmative Civil Enforcement unit.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Ridgeline's UI Platform frameworks. Drive cross-functional alignment with Engineering and Design to build scalable frontend frameworks, improve developer productivity, performance, and consistency, embed AI throughout the SDLC, define requirements and quality standards, and drive adoption of shared standards and tooling across product teams.
