Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Ridgeline's UI Platform frameworks. Summary Generated by Built In

Are you passionate about building scalable UI platforms that empower developers to create exceptional user experiences? Do you enjoy translating complex frontend architecture challenges into intuitive frameworks that improve consistency, performance, and productivity across an entire product ecosystem? Are you excited by the opportunity to shape the future of enterprise software through modern web technologies, AI-powered workflows, and close collaboration with engineering and design leaders? If so, we invite you to be a part of our innovative team.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will serve as the product leader for Ridgeline’s UI Platform - Frameworks initiatives, driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of foundational frontend capabilities that power the entire Ridgeline product experience. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, and fellow Product Managers to build scalable, high-performance frameworks that enable rapid product innovation while maintaining consistency, quality, and long-term platform sustainability. Working with cutting-edge technologies and AI tools like Claude, Cursor, and other generative AI solutions, you'll help define AI-native product management practices and accelerate software delivery across the organization.

At Ridgeline, how we work matters as much as what we build. Ridgeliners act like owners, choose growth over comfort, and communicate with transparency. We assume positive intent, bias toward action, and bring solutions—not just problems. We celebrate wins, learn from setbacks, and thrive in a resilient, collaborative, high-performing culture. If this excites you, we’d love to meet you!

You must be work authorized in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
