Provide hands-on executive support to the Chief of Staff and CEO, manage executive calendars, travel, board and investor meeting logistics, and lead cross-functional strategic projects. Coordinate and monitor 50–75 daily legal service orders, communicate status with field agents and clients, input notes into the database, dispatch out-of-town work to California vendors, review completed orders for billing, handle urgent rush calls, and assist with order data entry.

Support inbound schools and proactively prospect outbound to build pipeline, qualify leads through brief discovery, route opportunities to Account Executives, hit quota, research districts to personalize outreach, maintain CRM hygiene, collaborate with AEs, make cold calls, and write effective outreach emails to educators and administrators.

Lead client relationships and manage integrated, digital-focused campaigns. Provide strategic guidance, coordinate cross-functional teams, track and optimize KPIs, build partner relationships, analyze audience data and insights, and develop testing strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.

Support end-to-end ESG advisory engagements across climate risk, carbon, regulatory workstreams, and due diligence. Perform data analysis, quality checks, benchmarking, carbon accounting, regulatory scans, and client-ready deliverables. Leverage Novata’s platform, proprietary datasets, and AI tools; contribute to methodologies, training, proposals, and product feedback while collaborating cross-functionally.

Lead configuration, optimization, and support of Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Talent Management. Translate HR requirements into scalable Workday solutions, manage releases, ensure data integrity, deliver reporting, lead stakeholder engagement, and mentor HRIS team members.

Provide pre-, during-, and post-event support for platform users; run webinars; create attendee/exhibitor/organizer content; offer online and onsite event support and shift/weekend coverage.

Lead a squad end-to-end to deliver customer value: set direction, drive execution, ensure scalable and secure architectures, stay close to technical work, coach and grow engineers, hire and manage performance, and apply AI-native practices to accelerate delivery.
