Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies (sheet-metal, machined parts); support early-stage concepts, rapid prototyping, FEA/CFD analysis, and integration of mechanical and electrical systems. Build client relationships and communicate findings via written reports and presentations.

Provide estate planning and fiduciary counsel to high-net-worth clients: draft and implement wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and deeds; handle probate and trust administration from inception to closing; advise on estate, gift, and transfer tax planning; prepare/review estate and gift tax returns; perform legal research; collaborate with financial and other professional advisors; support business development and client relationship activities.

Manage import/export logistics for third-party semen and embryos, handle full-cycle order processing from receipt to invoicing, ensure product/document compliance with CFIA, coordinate shipments with clients and production centers, monitor supply chain metrics, resolve transportation and customer issues, and identify process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Ensure customers realize value post-purchase by driving product usage, delivering training, supporting deployments, resolving technical issues with support/R&D, conducting regular engagements, and relaying customer feedback to improve the product.

Provide bilingual (Portuguese/English) technical support for IP cameras, access control and security solutions via phone/chat, troubleshoot network/software issues, perform lab replications, escalate to engineering, document cases, and mentor others.

Lead process engineering for ethanol-to-SAF and renewable diesel projects from feasibility through startup. Develop process design packages, mass and energy balances, equipment specs, PFDs/P&IDs, support HAZOP/PHAs, commissioning, troubleshooting, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring regulatory, safety, and client requirements are met.

Prepare, validate, and issue customer invoices using NetSuite; track and summarize job costs; reconcile billing discrepancies; prepare monthly unbilled AR and accruals; collaborate with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and IT; train junior staff; monitor KPIs; support audits and recommend process improvements to ensure accurate, timely billing.
