The Forward Deployed Product Manager leads design and execution of automated business solutions using Agentforce platform, focusing on roadmap management, customer collaboration, and iterative improvements.

Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, present accounting and tax services through Google Meet, educate small business clients, build relationships, follow up throughout the sales cycle, and maintain accurate CRM records. The role requires consultative selling, strong communication, disciplined time management, technology adaptability, and achievement of sales targets in a fully remote environment.

Provides technical leadership for new product introduction involving advanced turbomachinery and gas turbine mechanical design. Develops 3D models, engineering drawings, BOMs, installation documentation, and design solutions; applies FEA and design-for-manufacturability principles; evaluates safety, performance, reliability, cost, and serviceability tradeoffs; resolves complex technical issues; manages risks; collaborates cross-functionally; and mentors engineers.

Build and manage relationships with educators, administrators, and technical contacts; monitor account health using Power BI, Amplitude, and Salesforce; lead customer training; troubleshoot access issues; create educational resources; support renewals and digital upsells; and collaborate cross-functionally to drive product adoption and customer success.

Prepare and lead development of client-focused proposals, budgets, and client grids for Early Phase opportunities. Coordinate cross-functional input, chair kickoffs, support negotiations and bid defenses, and submit final proposals on time. Travel ~5%.

Develops and improves technical programs, procedures, standards, equipment-management and calibration systems for regulated manufacturing and industrial projects. Provides technical guidance on process piping, inspections, testing, documentation, compliance, investigations, training, and engineering support. Reviews deliverables, coordinates equipment maintenance and calibration, supports audits and field activities, and drives quality and operational improvements. The role works across office, laboratory, manufacturing, construction, and client environments with travel up to 25%.

Manage accounts receivable and collections, including posting cash receipts, monitoring overdue balances, conducting collection calls, reconciling statements, resolving billing issues, maintaining customer records and collection notes, issuing statements, and preparing adjustments or write-offs. Coordinate credit reviews with finance and sales, ensure compliance with credit policies, prepare reports, and support process improvement initiatives.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support internal business applications, workflow automations, integrations, dashboards, and reporting. Translate requirements into scalable solutions, own features through release, troubleshoot production issues, and partner with PMO, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.

The Territory Manager develops healthcare provider relationships, promotes infusion services, generates referral-based business, and manages an assigned sales territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, nurturing existing accounts, educating healthcare professionals, addressing provider and patient concerns, collaborating with clinical and pharmaceutical sales teams, tracking activity in CRM software, and meeting sales goals. The role is primarily remote with approximately 90% local travel throughout the assigned territory.

Support integration of internal systems and module platforms, develop and maintain internal tools and workflows, document architecture and best practices, and create dashboards tracking design pipelines. The intern will own a 12-week project, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and present results to executive leadership. Strong communication, initiative, adaptability, and comfort with data tools are required; experience with Power BI, Excel, or Monday is preferred.
