Leads the HR artificial intelligence strategy, roadmap, governance, and implementation. Resolve user escalations within service-level agreements through direct communication, troubleshooting, triage, and cross-functional collaboration. Conduct data-driven root-cause analyses, identify recurring issues, influence product and engineering remediations, present insights to leaders, improve support processes, and help establish the escalation team. The role also supports training, stakeholder accountability, and product roadmap improvements.

Manage engagement lifecycles for professional services projects, including matter setup, billing, invoicing, collections, accounts receivable follow-up, revenue recognition support, contractor invoice processing, risk assessment, and monthly close activities. The role coordinates with client-facing teams, matter owners, accounting, and finance staff to ensure accurate invoices, reduce collection delays and bad debt, and maintain appropriate project documentation.

Supports mortgage origination compliance through complaint investigations, regulatory and investor examinations, risk-based monitoring, transactional testing, regulatory research, root cause analysis, reporting, and remediation. Independently manages multiple compliance matters, develops testing methodologies and monitoring materials, communicates findings to regulators and leadership, and recommends improvements to compliance controls and the Compliance Management System.

Own customer relationships for managed network services and digital experience products. Responsibilities include onboarding, customer advocacy, retention, renewals, QBRs, service performance monitoring, issue resolution, contract compliance, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role coordinates with Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, Support, and technical teams to improve customer satisfaction, reduce churn, validate billing, and deliver ongoing value. This is a hybrid Tulsa-based position with minimal travel.

Research federal, state, and local regulations and convert requirements into structured triggers, citations, timelines, and decision logic. Perform detailed data entry, source verification, quality control, and line-by-line review of AI-generated work. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve regulatory research accuracy, data structures, evaluations, and automated workflows.

Manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments and minimize past-due receivables. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies, research unapplied cash/credits, reconcile accounts, and release orders per policy. Use Excel and web portals for account research, statements, and reconciliations, escalate complex issues, and support root-cause resolution.
