Lead and develop a team of Technical Support Engineers to manage day-to-day support operations, escalations, SLA adherence, and tooling. Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to resolve API, integration, SSO/SCIM, and cloud-related issues, improve processes and runbooks, drive metrics-informed improvements, and scale global support coverage and enablement.

Provide in-person and remote technical support for associates, run new-hire technology orientation, troubleshoot hardware and software, and assist with IT projects. Support Office 365, Windows 11, macOS, mobile devices, Intune, Egnyte, Zendesk, Bluebeam, printers/copiers, and related networking.

Provide first- and second-level IT support for property and customer-facing systems including servers, networks, telephony, AV, and gaming/hospitality hardware/software. Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, execute change tasks, maintain monitoring and security remediation, update documentation, participate in on-call rotation, and support local IT projects and maintenance.

Provide second-level end-user support for desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices; respond to service desk tickets; install/configure hardware and software; assist with deployments, backups, PC replacements, and local troubleshooting; support IT projects and follow incident escalation and corporate policies, with emphasis on manufacturing/plant environments.

Manage identity, endpoint, cloud, and integration systems for a cloud-first environment. Own IAM, device management, automation scripting, AWS support, security/compliance (SOC 2/ISO 27001), and tier-3 escalation. Build automations, maintain runbooks, partner on threat triage, and lead system rollouts and reliability improvements.

Lead advanced help-desk and endpoint support for Windows and Mac users; manage hardware lifecycle, vendor relationships, procurement, and asset tracking; administer Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, MFA, conditional access, and MDM; monitor ticket trends and SLAs; provide training, documentation, and occasional event/on-call support.

Provide timely desktop and on-site IT support for endpoints, peripherals, Microsoft 365 apps, collaboration tools and conference-room AV. Troubleshoot and resolve tickets, stage/configure devices, support executives, coordinate with infrastructure/security/vendors, create knowledge-base articles, participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel for remote site implementations.

Provide technical support for clients across Windows, macOS, networking, and storage. Manage tickets to SLA using ConnectWise, deploy and image workstations/servers, stage network devices, maintain SOPs, and communicate with customers and vendors.

Administer and support enterprise BizTalk environments including upgrades, clustering, deployments, backup/restore, performance tuning and monitoring. Develop PowerShell/Windows scripts, manage BizTalk applications/rules, work with BAM and SQL Server, participate in on-call rotation and weekend releases. Troubleshoot production issues and support high-availability, scaling, and ESB/SSO integrations.

Provide technical leadership for design, capacity planning, and 24x7 Level 3 support of critical UNIX/Linux and storage infrastructure. Manage HP-UX, Solaris, AIX and RHEL environments, SAN/NAS, backups, DR solutions, virtualization, monitoring, change/configuration control, vendor troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
