Provide technical leadership for design, capacity planning, and 24x7 Level 3 support of critical UNIX/Linux and storage infrastructure. Manage HP-UX, Solaris, AIX and RHEL environments, SAN/NAS, backups, DR solutions, virtualization, monitoring, change/configuration control, vendor troubleshooting, and technical documentation.

Perform AIX environment performance tuning, GPFS architecture/design, installation, upgrades, tuning, LUN resizing/migration. Administer high-performance clusters, IBM Power virtualization (LPAR/VIOS), capacity management, architecture, large Unix infrastructure management, service monitoring/SLA, scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware on Linux, create and run VMware instances, patch and upgrade middleware, monitor performance, perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, maintain documentation, and implement proactive system monitoring.

Create, revise, and maintain user and technical documentation for multiple IT applications; manage documentation libraries, templates, version control, and service requests; coordinate with Finance, IT, PMO, and application teams; develop documentation plans, metrics, and status reporting; ensure consistency and quality across materials.

Provide 24/7 middleware administration and support for enterprise web applications: install, configure, monitor, tune performance, build RPMs on Linux, perform root-cause analysis, resolve tickets, build environments, maintain documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Provide level 2/3 technical support for fulfillment center operations: troubleshoot desktops, tablets, networks, scanners, printers, rack/unrack network/server equipment, manage IT inventory, create documentation, support deployments, and collaborate with remote network and operational teams.

Provide Tier 2/3 technical support by diagnosing hardware, software, operating system, and networking issues. Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Linux, TCP/IP, VPN, and DNS problems; document resolutions in ticketing systems; communicate technical concepts clearly; identify support trends; and recommend workflow improvements to enhance AI training data quality.

Provides technical support to corporate and broker clients by analyzing data, managing file feeds, auditing relational databases, writing reports, and troubleshooting interfaces. Tests and escalates product defects and data issues to engineering and product teams, supports sprint prioritization, manages Salesforce cases, responds to customer inquiries, and documents knowledgebase solutions. Requires SQL, FTP, data management, advanced Excel, strong communication, and problem-solving skills; finance, equity compensation, and ASC 718 knowledge are preferred.

Support onboarding/offboarding, manage access and IT asset inventory, provide first-level support for internal SaaS and ticketing systems, monitor dashboards/logs, troubleshoot and escalate incidents, maintain documentation and runbooks, and assist AI/ML and engineering teams with tool access.

Administer and support Epicor ERP across multiple manufacturing company instances. Manage users, security, menus, environments, integrations, deployments, ticketing, backups, and system health. Troubleshoot issues, coordinate infrastructure and hosting partners, deploy customizations and reports, support module implementations, maintain documentation, train users, and drive ERP process improvements. The role requires hands-on Epicor administration, SQL and integration skills, manufacturing experience, and knowledge of ITAR and CMMC compliance.
