Provides broad HR support across employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits and leave administration, compliance, training, compensation analysis, and policy management. Greets visitors, residents, and staff; answers and directs calls; manages mail, meeting rooms, calendars, transportation requests, and resident assistance. Maintains the reception area, responds to requests, reports hazards, follows HIPAA and facility policies, and performs clerical tasks while supporting a safe, respectful, person-centered environment.

The role oversees procurement KPIs, trade compliance, risk mitigation, ERP initiatives, working capital improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while developing local teams and ensuring material availability for engineering, manufacturing, service, and customer operations.

Build, optimize, and deploy machine learning models (especially time series) using Python, PySpark, and cloud tools. Perform feature engineering, evaluate model performance (MAPE, RMSE, R²), and create ETL/data pipelines with integration tools. Work with Palantir Foundry, Google Cloud (BigQuery, Vertex AI), AutoAI, and data warehouses to support large-scale analytics. Collaborate with stakeholders, monitor production models, and continuously improve model accuracy and pipelines.
