- Support project managers and client service teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects.
- Facilitate coordination between Account Managers, Account Specialists, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion within approved budgets.
- Coordinate and lead internal project status meetings and client touchpoints, documenting key actions and follow-up items.
- Translate client requirements into clear project briefs, work plans, and actionable deliverables for internal teams.

- Exposure to project management methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience using project tracking and collaboration platforms such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or similar solutions.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $48,600.00 - $121,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
