The Associate Sales Representative will assist the reconstruction sales team in scheduling operative cases, securing inventory, and providing technical support for surgical procedures. Design, develop, test, and validate electrical hardware for wearable neural haptic devices. Lead daily funeral home and cemetery operations to ensure compliance, family-focused service, and financial performance. Recruit, coach, and develop staff, drive growth and revenue targets, build community relationships, and represent the location at events and outreach activities.

Provide friendly, consultative in-store sales support using Lovesac selling techniques. Achieve sales goals, demo products, manage quotes and transactions, perform outreach, maintain merchandising and store operations, handle customer issues, assist with omni-channel and remote support, and perform physical tasks including lifting and merchandise handling.

Manage and grow a portfolio of 125–150 corporate partners through identification, solicitation, stewardship, renewal, and expansion. Secure new partnerships and increase revenue via sponsorships, cause-marketing, employee engagement, and philanthropic investments. Create proposals and agreements, meet revenue goals, coordinate activations with cross-functional teams, track activity in Salesforce, and represent the organization at events.

Develop and own high-quality RFP/RFI responses and partnership proposals; build and maintain a centralized proposal content library; coordinate cross-functional inputs; manage proposal timelines and version control; ensure brand-aligned, persuasive messaging to support business development.
