Monitors performance using Dynatrace and Splunk, resolves incidents within SLA, provides weekly after-hours on-call support, diagnoses recurring issues, recommends performance improvements, collaborates with business and development teams, creates knowledge documentation, and participates in design and knowledge-transfer sessions.

Manage the intake, design, implementation, optimization, and production support of ServiceNow catalog items and request workflows. Gather requirements, analyze business processes, document technical solutions, coordinate UAT, create training and knowledge materials, troubleshoot issues, and identify automation opportunities. Partner with stakeholders, process owners, developers, and support teams to deliver scalable self-service solutions and improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Supports annual PRIA and DOT audits, prepares inspection materials, updates applicant databases and spreadsheets, and contributes to the company’s Safety Management System. Requires aviation experience, knowledge of PRIA and FAA/TSA regulations, strong administrative skills, and advanced Microsoft Office proficiency.

Supports Community Managers in serving homeowners and managing HOA operations. Responsibilities include interpreting CC&Rs, handling compliance notices, conducting community inspections, processing architectural applications, maintaining records and calendars, preparing disclosure packages, taking meeting minutes, tracking compliance in VMS, and assisting with bids and homeowner orientations. The role requires strong administrative, organizational, communication, customer service, computer, and problem-resolution skills, plus a valid driver’s license.

Provides specialized helpdesk support for enterprise AI tools, troubleshooting access, performance, integrations, and outages. Maintains issue documentation, monitors system readiness, validates configurations, supports AI training and tool rollouts, captures user feedback, and contributes to adoption reporting. The role also helps maintain AI governance, security, data management, and support procedures while recommending improvements to user experience and system effectiveness.
