Serve as front-line resident relations and leasing support: handle resident issues, payments, lease inquiries, provide consultative leasing/sales, oversee and assist leasing team, maintain community professionalism and marketing presence.

Liaise with technical and business teams, conduct audience and problem analysis, gather information from systems and interviews, build web-based navigation/search/glossary elements, mentor junior writers, and implement organizational documentation and design guidelines.

Develop and execute social media strategies, create and manage content across major platforms, monitor trends, engage with customers, collaborate with marketing and sales, and analyze metrics to optimize performance and reporting.

Serve as a senior Oracle DBA in an agile environment, collaborating with development, QA, and business teams to design, implement, test, and troubleshoot database changes. Administer Oracle 10g+ instances, Enterprise Manager, RMAN backups (with centralized NetBackup), support PL/SQL, and assist with deliverables. May also work with PostgreSQL and SQL Server. Contract-to-hire; candidate should be able to convert to perm without sponsorship.
