Leads workforce enablement and business support programs for Wealth Management Operations. Oversees workforce planning, hiring strategy, onboarding, job architecture, learning, procedures, employee readiness, communications, change management, and governance. Partners with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders. Uses workforce analytics and performance metrics to guide decisions and continuous improvement while developing an inclusive, high-performing team.

Processes 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation payroll transactions, including incoming payrolls, manual enrollments, file corrections, reconciliations, and exception resolution. Supports Plan Sponsors, Customer Service Managers, and internal partners while following audit and regulatory procedures.
