This position will be based in the Charlotte, NC HQ; hybrid work policy model.  

All About the Role:

The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting scratch and dent order operations, inventory coordination, reporting, and customer account administration for independent retail partners. This role serves as a key liaison between distribution centers, supply chain, product teams, and customer-facing functions to ensure efficient product flow, accurate data management, and seamless order execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and analytical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, solve operational challenges, and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scratch and dent order processing, order maintenance, and related operational workflows.

  • Coordinate with distribution centers to facilitate product returns, inventory disposition, and resale load creation.

  • Monitor inventory levels and support allocation, product availability, and order fulfillment activities for independent retail accounts.

  • Partner with supply chain, product line teams, and distribution centers to identify trends and support operational and process improvement initiatives.

  • Develop, maintain, and distribute reporting, dashboards, and analyses to support business performance and decision-making.

  • Maintain data accuracy across internal systems and customer-facing platforms, including pricing, item setup, product information, and master data.

  • Execute customer and item setup activities while ensuring compliance with established processes and data standards.

  • Support operational objectives by ensuring timely order execution, inventory accuracy, and effective administration of scratch and dent programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School or GED

  • 2+ years of experience with SAP and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Knowledge of inventory management, order management, supply chain, or business operations processes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support business decisions.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
