Lead Smardt’s global hyperscale partnerships strategy by developing executive relationships with cloud, neocloud, colocation, engineering, and technology organizations. Drive approved-vendor and preferred-supplier status, influence data centre specifications, build strategic opportunity pipelines, and position cooling technologies for AI and high-density computing. Coordinate qualification, technical evaluation, and ecosystem engagement while translating customer requirements into internal priorities across Sales, Engineering, Product, Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. Frequent domestic and international travel is required.

Supports the Design Director through apparel development from initial inspiration to production. Creates and maintains tech packs, measures samples, documents fittings, updates line sketches, and coordinates with overseas and domestic factories to ensure garments meet specifications and timelines. Requires knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, silhouettes, sewing techniques, trims, and production processes for woven and cut-and-sew knit products.

Designs and develops electrical systems for building and site projects across life sciences, residential, education, healthcare, commercial, and industrial facilities. Responsibilities include electrical calculations, CAD documentation, specifications, interdisciplinary coordination, site inspections, troubleshooting, construction support, submittal review, client communication, and code compliance. The role requires collaboration with architects, contractors, and engineers and includes some project-related travel.

Supports manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, fixtures, and production operations. Drives lean continuous improvement by analyzing downtime and bottlenecks, identifying root causes, implementing corrective actions, and improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Develops production drawings, supports manufacturability and new product introductions, collaborates with vendors and cross-functional teams, and leads equipment and process improvement projects.

Maintains and troubleshoots enterprise systems infrastructure, including servers, Citrix, firewalls, networks, email, backups, and security services. Participates in after-hours on-call support and serves as a systems engineering and cybersecurity subject matter expert.

Manages onboarding, training, support, adoption, retention, and relationships for SaaS and enterprise software clients. Conducts check-ins and QBRs, troubleshoots issues, demonstrates product value and ROI, gathers client feedback, and collaborates with Product, Sales, and Operations. Identifies account expansion opportunities while advocating for clients and improving satisfaction, product usage, retention, and NPS.

Provides product application support for customers using Net Health software. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software issues, researching solutions, creating and managing support cases, handling inbound calls and emails, escalating complex problems to engineering, documenting feedback, following up with clients, and completing product training. The role requires occasional evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.

Own the Pico Portal product vision, roadmap, backlog, and success metrics. Lead development of self-service ordering, workflow automation, delivery visibility, operational insights, and client engagement capabilities. Translate client and business needs into requirements and release plans while partnering with engineering, operations, sales engineering, and client-facing teams. Use data and feedback to prioritize investments, drive adoption, reduce manual work, and support future API, analytics, AI, and digital commercialization initiatives.
