Build and maintain relationships with motorcycle dealerships across a Central U.S. territory to increase insurance sales and premium growth. Leads the business development department and Distributor Member recruitment strategy. Oversees team performance, pipeline development, prospect outreach, consultative meetings, negotiations, contract execution, forecasting, CRM accuracy, and executive reporting. Builds relationships with distributors, supplier partners, and industry contacts while developing territory-based growth strategies. Success is measured by recruitment, revenue growth, conversion rates, pipeline health, and team execution.

Manage daily accounts payable activities, including invoice review and coding, vendor and subcontractor payments, payment scheduling, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, tax payments, record maintenance, and month-end close support. The role uses QuickBooks and ServiceTitan, communicates with vendors and internal teams, maintains accurate financial records, and assists the Controller with accounting projects and process improvements.

Prospect for new business through phone, email, LinkedIn, and follow-up outreach. Review and qualify leads, schedule appointments, maintain accurate CRM records, manage sales pipeline activity, track metrics, research contacts, and transition qualified opportunities to the sales team. Communicate professionally with prospects, escalate specialized inquiries, and support overall sales growth through consistent organization and follow-up.

Design and operate AWS and Azure infrastructure, modernize operational workflows with AI and automation, build agentic/event-driven self-service platforms, automate identity and endpoint workflows, establish safe AI operational standards, and influence engineering teams with reusable components, observability, and metrics to reduce manual work and improve reliability.

Negotiates settlements with debtors and opposing counsel, conducts skip-tracing investigations, communicates with clients and debtors, applies lease language and collection laws, and maintains organized case documentation. The role offers a $24–$26 hourly base plus monthly commission, with benefits and hybrid scheduling available after six months.
