Senior individual contributor owning full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, and IT roles. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer support, onboarding, mentoring other recruiters, advising hiring managers on market and compensation, maintaining ATS records, and improving recruiting processes while partnering via Microsoft Teams and onsite collaboration.

Lead end-to-end Go-to-Market consulting engagements: manage stakeholders and teams, develop sales and partner strategies, design coverage models and marketing plans, build KPIs and financial models, and deliver client presentations to drive revenue outcomes.

Lead and coordinate technical IT projects end-to-end: define scope, allocate resources, manage schedules and budgets, communicate with clients and executives, mitigate risks, oversee quality control, and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.

Manage multiple large, complex global implementations of Cority EHS and Quality software. Own project phases, schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication. Coordinate cross-functional teams, scope engagements, create change orders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while promoting process improvements.

Maintain and optimize IT systems, networks and infrastructure; troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues; monitor performance and proactively resolve incidents; manage assets; participate in upgrades, implementations and small IT projects; support IT security and compliance; collaborate with vendors and stakeholders.

Develop, configure, and script ServiceNow applications; gather technical requirements from clients; design forms, workflows, and data imports; troubleshoot client instances; document work; assist in scoping/estimating; collaborate with senior staff; and pursue ongoing ServiceNow certifications and micro-certs.

Design, develop, and maintain iOS applications using Swift. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, write tests, debug and optimize performance, and deliver high-quality mobile features.

Perform advanced power system studies (load flow, short circuit, protective device coordination, arc flash, grounding, harmonics, transient/EMT, power quality, reliability). Build and maintain PSCAD and similar models, analyze high-density AI load impacts, support utility interconnections, prepare technical reports, collaborate with design teams, support commissioning, and review deliverables for compliance with standards.

Develop new leads and revive lost customers in the Pool/Landscape industry via outbound calls and CRM. Support outside sales, prepare demos and proposals, process orders, track sales performance, maintain detailed records, collaborate with Credit, Lead Generation and Sales Enablement teams, and attend occasional trade shows to drive revenue.

Lead and execute B2B marketing campaigns across email, social, paid ads, content and PR; create content; track and optimize campaign performance; manage vendors, budgets, website updates, and events; support sales initiatives and contribute to marketing strategy while mentoring junior team members.
