Manage NAV calculation process and fund accounting teams (up to 10), ensure timely accurate NAVs, reconciliations, fee and P&L reviews, audit readiness, client transitions, process improvements, and cross‑department collaboration while resolving escalations and delivering client service for hedge fund administration.

Identify and qualify net-new B2B prospects to build a sales pipeline, master product and industry knowledge, engage prospects with targeted outreach, build lasting relationships, and use CRM and sales tools to drive efficient, data-driven outreach.

Lead enterprise strategy, data governance, business intelligence, research, and performance management. Develop KPIs, dashboards, predictive analytics, and continuous improvement processes. Support executive decision-making, Head Start/Educare evaluation, and data-driven organizational change to improve outcomes and stewardship.
