The Accounting Associate records transactions under GAAP, supports month- and year-end close, and prepares tax and audit materials. The role produces and analyzes financial statements, performs variance analysis, develops KPIs, and supports financial models, budgets, and rolling forecasts. The associate also identifies cost-saving opportunities, provides strategic financial insights, and contributes to ad hoc analysis projects while collaborating across teams in a remote environment.

Generates new business and manages customer accounts by selling lumber and building materials to contractors, developers, realtors, management companies, and homeowners. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory visits, quoting prices, preparing bids and contracts, interpreting blueprints, estimating material quantities, monitoring inventory, resolving customer issues, attending trade shows, and coordinating with store, management, IT, and delivery teams.

Leads enterprise Finance systems strategy and transformation, owning the multi-year roadmap, technology architecture, AI and automation initiatives, data governance, platform evaluations, and complex cross-functional programs. Partners with Finance, IT, data, security, and architecture teams to modernize processes, deliver measurable outcomes, ensure governance and controls, and drive adoption. Mentors 1–3 direct reports while advising executives across global Finance functions.

Leads national account sales programs, launches new accounts, manages executive client relationships, coordinates regional and internal teams, resolves account issues, monitors market conditions, adapts sales strategies, and supports revenue growth. The role requires strong product knowledge, presentations, financial management, decision-making, problem-solving, confidentiality, and a minimum of five years of sales experience.

Supports the Development Department through donor database administration, gift and pledge processing, donor correspondence, prospect research, fundraising campaign support, reporting, reconciliation, and departmental coordination. Maintains accurate and confidential donor records in Altru, prepares analytical and financial reports, assists with events and mailings, and partners with Finance on reconciliations, audits, and data analysis.

Own the strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and lifecycle of data products for CPG and retail clients. Translate business needs into requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate engineering and delivery teams, lead UAT and data validation, and drive stakeholder alignment and adoption. Establish governance, quality standards, SLAs, documentation, and monitoring while identifying analytics, demand planning, category management, and supply chain use cases. Contribute to client workshops, change management, and pre-sales activities.

Manages and develops a First Aid and Fire sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, performance management, direct selling, and strategic partnership development. Owns sales department profit and loss, drives new and existing customer growth, ensures compliance training, and coordinates with operations to improve lead generation and business performance.

Build and lead Compyl’s Customer Success function from the ground up. Own retention, renewals, adoption, expansion, and revenue growth while developing segmentation, health scoring, onboarding, renewal playbooks, metrics, and tooling. Manage strategic accounts, partner with Sales and Product, report customer success performance to executives, and hire and develop the CS team as the company scales.

Own client, vendor, and subcontractor onboarding; contract administration; fleet and field-equipment compliance; technician training coordination; new-hire onboarding; company events; and leadership projects. Maintain accurate Salesforce and accounting records, manage insurance and licensing requirements, track operational readiness, and improve SOPs and cross-functional processes across field operations, billing, vendors, and client relations.
