Manage a portfolio of community partnership projects: onboard partners, collect and analyze partner data, ensure compliance, streamline processes, lead trainings/meetings, coordinate cross-departmentally, and support community engagement and program rollout.

Ensure modular, testable code, HTML/CSS/AJAX best practices, web security, cross-browser compatibility, and end-to-end request lifecycle understanding.

Provide remote administrative support: answer calls and emails, schedule meetings, manage employee travel, issue client invoices, and update the company website and social media. Maintain professional communications and organizational tasks to support ministry operations.

Manage a portfolio of ~500 annual-giving prospects ($1,000–$25,000): identify, cultivate, solicit and steward donors via face-to-face, phone, and written outreach. Track activity in Blackbaud NXT, collaborate with advancement colleagues, support campaigns and reunion fundraising, analyze data for insights, travel for meetings, and work evenings/weekends as needed to increase donor retention and upgrade giving.
