Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Investor Partnerships leadership: manage complex calendars, global travel, meeting logistics, communications, expense reporting, event coordination, confidential correspondence, and special projects to improve team efficiency and investor engagement.

Own end-to-end consumer data domains: ingest, clean, model, and productionize derived attributes and pipelines. Investigate new data sources, ensure quality and provenance, and partner with engineers, data scientists and product teams to deliver trustworthy data products that power applications, agents, APIs and ML models.

Support the CEO with end-to-end administrative tasks: manage travel, office operations, event coordination, and onboarding logistics. Serve as a trusted representative of the CEO, apply AI tools with human judgment, handle occasional after-hours needs, and maintain reliability, discretion, and strong relationships across the team.

Provide corporate legal counsel across hospitality and real estate operations: draft and negotiate contracts, support corporate governance, ensure regulatory and employment compliance, advise on transactions and risk management, manage outside counsel, and deliver legal training to leadership.

Manage a portfolio of grants to advance health equity: source and shape proposals, steward grantees, conduct landscape analyses, synthesize evidence, develop program strategy, produce dissemination materials, represent the Fund externally, and support operational grant management and team coordination.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable including supplier setup/validation, high-volume invoice processing, payment runs (ACH/wire/check), dispute resolution, reconciliations, month-end close support, audit assistance, and process improvements to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

Administers core HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits and payroll administration, HRIS and document management, training, safety and compliance, employee engagement, and payroll coordination. Serves as HR point-of-contact and backup to Administrative Lead in a 24/7 chemical production, in-person environment.
