Build and maintain cloud-native, service-based systems connecting users across Chess.com. Develop and ship code to Kubernetes, use AI tools (Cursor/Claude), perform code reviews, and design scalable software serving millions of users while building telemetry and dashboards.

Lead the enterprise Talent Management function and a team of consultants to design, implement, and mature programs (talent review, succession planning, performance management). Drive change management, stakeholder and executive engagement, program measurement and reporting, and cross-functional alignment. Build team capability through coaching, manage concurrent projects, surface insights from data, and recommend program enhancements to improve organizational effectiveness and scalability.

Lead financial reporting, internal controls, and manufacturing cost accounting. Manage close, inventory valuation, budgeting/forecasting, ERP maintenance, audits, cash flow, and a finance team while partnering with operations to improve profitability.

Lead operations, administration, budgeting, staffing, and evaluation for parenting and maternal-child health programs. Manage proposals, contracts, stakeholder communications, implementation, accreditation, and pre/post-award activities. Supervise project teams, develop tools and training, measure ROI, streamline processes, and ensure regulatory compliance and programmatic impact.

Support IDS management and patent prosecution by preparing and filing IDS forms, tracking prior art, maintaining reference databases, submitting documents via USPTO systems, coordinating with attorneys and vendors, retrieving global patent documents, assisting with filings and billing, and creating patent drawings when assigned.
