Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for financial services accounts, leading omnichannel marketing programs (CRM, email, paid media, SEO, direct mail). Translate business objectives into integrated marketing plans, manage cross-functional teams, run client meetings and business reviews, analyze performance with Analytics, ensure compliance and timely delivery, and identify opportunities to expand engagements.

Lead strategy, design, administration, and analysis of global benefits and leave programs. Manage benefits team, vendor relationships, Workday Benefits, open enrollment, compliance, audits, reporting, and cross-functional integration to deliver scalable, employee-centric programs.

Lead and manage incident response intake, evidence handling, forensic imaging, and lifecycle management. Provision and troubleshoot forensic tooling, cloud VMs, and EDR agents. Coordinate EIR scoping calls, commercial paperwork, and cross-functional change management. Document processes and support forensic investigations and incident response operations.

Lead month/quarter/year-end close for multiple entities, manage 3–5 accountants, oversee GL, reconciliations, consolidations, and intercompany accounting. Drive SAP optimization, internal controls, auditor/taxor coordination, reporting, process automation, and team development while supporting ad hoc financial analysis and leadership requests.

Maintain financial records and general ledger accuracy; reconcile bank and key balance sheet accounts; prepare balance sheets, income statements, and weekly/monthly reports; track project costs and assist with capitalization/expensing; support variance analysis, year-end closing, and other accounting projects for farrow-to-wean producers.

Build and maintain BI reports, dashboards, and data marts by learning ERP schemas, writing complex T-SQL queries/stored procedures, validating results, and collaborating with business users to translate requirements into technical solutions using Power BI and related tools.

Design, configure, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales/Service Clouds). Translate requirements to user stories, build flows, automations, reports/dashboards, support UAT, run integrations via middleware, lead workshops, and participate in agile delivery across multiple consulting engagements.

Own product strategy and roadmap for core platform primitives (tables, workflows, interfaces, dashboards, IA, permissions, mobile). Partner with engineers and design to prioritize, discover, and deliver composable building blocks used by internal builders and end customers. Drive system-level decisions, shape product-area splits, and support scaling and onboarding for new engineers.

Sell new and used luxury vehicles through consultative selling, product demonstrations, relationship building, and follow-up to drive referrals and meet sales objectives. Report to Sales Manager and participate in training while working flexible hours including weekends.

Support the Management Company Finance team by managing legal invoice workflows: review, code, track, reconcile, and process invoices; coordinate with Legal, Finance, vendors, and outside counsel; prepare legal spend and ad hoc reports; support accounts payable tasks, reconciliations, process improvements, and annual insurance renewal activities.
