Administer and support Oracle Engineered Systems (OPA, Exadata, ODA, ZFS), manage networking and Linux environments, troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents, perform maintenance and upgrades, support project delivery and documentation, and improve platform resilience, automation, and monitoring while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Develops and maintains Touchstone Energy member and internal websites using Drupal and other CMS platforms. Owner of backend and data systems for underwriting and risk: translate models and policies into reliable production services, build decisioning and review workflows, partner with Risk and Data Science, and improve reliability, latency, and correctness for credit decisions.
