Executive Assistant – Are you the person who naturally turns questions into answers, ideas into action plans, and loose ends into completed projects? We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven problem solver to partner with our Executive Pastor in a role that goes well beyond traditional administrative support. You’ll help manage projects and initiatives, research questions and options, audit information across systems, track follow-up and deadlines, and work with leaders and staff across Casas to keep important things moving forward. Strong organizational, research, analytical, and project management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 and the ability to work confidently with data, spreadsheets, shared drives, and multiple systems. Discretion and confidentiality are critical, as is the ability to use good judgment, ask thoughtful questions, and adapt when priorities shift. This is a part-time, in-person role during weekday office hours (approximately 24 hours per week). If you’re someone who enjoys figuring things out, digging into research, keeping projects on track, and making leaders more effective—and you bring a good sense of humor along the way—we’d love to hear from you!
