Develop and publish social content across platforms, manage content calendar, analyze performance, align campaigns with brand priorities, collaborate with teams, and ensure brand-compliant creative and reporting.

Lead end-to-end technical implementation projects with emphasis on SSO (SAML, OIDC) and API integrations. Gather requirements, manage scope/timeline, provide technical advisory to customers and internal teams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, standardize processes, and support go-live and reporting.

Provide first-line HR support via ticketing, onboarding and document management (I-9/E-Verify, background checks, pay card setup), manage unemployment claims, ensure compliance with federal/state laws and confidentiality standards, support interval certifications, and perform special HR projects while delivering exemplary customer service to employees and managers.
