Recruit and coordinate medical staff (RN, LPN, CNA), manage employee and client relationships, match staffing needs to facilities, use computer programs for staffing and credentialing, and participate in on-call rotation while working from the corporate office.

Serve as the subject-matter expert on end-to-end mortgage origination workflows and systems.
