Lead North America sales for a category-defining cloud infrastructure product. Own full sales cycle, build pipeline of AI-native and cloud-cost-conscious customers, run technical POCs with Field Engineering, close technical buyers, develop GTM playbook, represent the company in SF events, and feed market signals to product and marketing.

Lead accounts receivable activities including invoicing, collections, cash application, customer account maintenance, AR reporting, and month-end close support. Reconcile accounts, resolve billing disputes, monitor AR metrics (DSO, aging), support credit reviews, maintain internal controls, and drive process improvements within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Coordinate domestic and international ocean shipments, liaise with suppliers/customers/carriers/3PLs, arrange pickups/deliveries, monitor shipment status, prepare and review import/export documentation, and resolve logistics issues while communicating proactively with stakeholders.

Support administration of field sales incentive compensation: process payments, reconcile and validate data, prepare payroll files and accrual forecasts, document audit-ready processes, test plan changes, resolve issues, and partner with Sales, Finance, Payroll, HR, and Data teams to ensure accurate, compliant compensation administration.

Manage and grow relationships with existing enterprise clients by driving renewals, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, analyzing client data, coordinating internal teams to deliver customized solutions, tracking account performance, and improving account management processes.

Coordinate and run in-person and virtual client events, capture and coordinate content, design event materials, manage community outreach and on-site support for the Founder and clients. Requires bilingual communication and hands-on event production work.

Provide in-house legal support for commercial operations: draft, review, and negotiate technology contracts (SaaS, licensing, vendor, reseller), DPAs/NDAs/BAAs, and info-security terms; advise on privacy, AI, cybersecurity, and regulatory matters; develop templates and playbooks; manage outside counsel; support corporate governance, employment, and vendor matters while partnering with business stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end SaaS implementations from discovery through go-live, manage multiple client projects, develop project plans, facilitate workshops, guide solution design and data readiness, serve as primary client contact, document requirements and configurations, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, high-quality onboarding and transition to ongoing support.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare and post daily and monthly journal entries, perform bank reconciliations, resolve suspense items, assist month-end close and financial statement preparation, and produce financial reports and analyses to support management decisions.

Temporary 6-month Program Manager to lead cross-functional technical teams, run NPI programs, streamline OKR governance, facilitate leadership and review forums, optimize processes, report program status and risks, and resolve resource or scheduling conflicts to keep product development on track.
