Provide technical customer support for Moov’s SDKs, APIs, and integrations through email, Slack, web forms, and in-app channels. Troubleshoot frontend and API issues, create proof-of-concept implementations, guide customers through best practices, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Technical Writing teams. Generates and qualifies outbound and inbound sales leads, schedules prospect meetings, nurtures opportunities, and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Manages pipeline activity and customer interactions in Salesforce, supports marketing campaigns and events, provides lead-quality feedback, and meets call-volume and sales quotas. The role requires learning ReversingLabs products and competitors, articulating solution value to senior stakeholders, and applying solution-selling techniques.

Own People Operations execution, including offer paperwork, onboarding, new-hire coordination, immigration and visa processes, employee records, HR workflows, and process improvements. The role partners with recruiting and leadership, manages sensitive information, and will eventually oversee performance management processes and manager enablement. Success requires strong organization, communication, autonomy, discretion, and comfort working in a rapidly scaling startup.

Supports federal and state tax compliance and accounting by preparing book-to-tax workpapers, analyzing taxable income, assisting with ASC 740 tax provisions, researching tax issues, preparing returns, responding to notices, supporting audits, and maintaining tax documentation and records.

Execute and develop revenue enablement programs for sales teams, including onboarding, ongoing skills training, product-release readiness, demo coaching, and sales content. Create curricula, workshops, webinars, assessments, playbooks, and job aids using adult learning principles. Analyze Salesforce and conversation-intelligence data to measure ramp velocity, demo quality, behavior change, quota attainment, and win rates. Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Enablement teams while supporting global teams across time zones.

Supports cloud, application, endpoint, and infrastructure security across AWS environments. Responsibilities include monitoring CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and Datadog alerts; maintaining security tools and CI/CD scanning; triaging vulnerabilities; assisting with incident response; reviewing AWS security findings; supporting IAM, encryption, VPN, and certificate controls; and maintaining SOC 2 audit documentation. The role collaborates with DevOps and engineering teams on secure coding and security posture improvements.

Troubleshoot customer technical support cases, reproduce issues in a lab spanning Windows, Linux, macOS, VMware, Active Directory, AWS, and Azure, and document resolutions clearly. Manage high-volume caseloads, follow up on open cases, meet SLAs, maintain documentation in Confluence, Jira, and Salesforce, and eventually support severity-one and enterprise customers. The role requires strong networking, systems administration, virtualization, cloud, SQL, communication, and organizational skills.
