The Internal Support Analyst supports customer service operations, SAP SD processes, logistics troubleshooting, employee training, KPI reporting, month-end close, and process improvements. The role serves as a liaison for SAP issues, coordinates testing and training, monitors procedures, supports management recommendations, and helps improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. The position requires advanced SAP and Microsoft Office skills, strong Excel reporting ability, customer service experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Support Galaxy’s Product Security team by developing and refining secure engineering standards covering authentication, authorization, API communication, web UI security, and secure coding. The intern may add implementation guidance and develop custom libraries, artifacts, or other resources that help software and production engineering teams apply security practices. The role is remote in the UK or US during the fall semester and includes hands-on work in cybersecurity, secure engineering, and product development.

Manages a DHS federal task order as the contractor’s primary point of contact, overseeing execution, staffing, quality, schedules, costs, risks, reporting, and compliance. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining the Project Management Plan, staffing plan, monthly status reports, program reviews, kickoff materials, and management controls.
