Work with customers and Field Sales to recommend motor solutions, prepare technical and commercial quotations, support order processing, design induction motors with engineering, produce technical documentation, coordinate pricing and delivery, assist in proposals and presentations, provide product support, and contribute to sales reporting and continuous improvement while supporting ISO 9001 standards.

Manage month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and transactional accounting across multiple operating companies. Manage and administer the TRIO Student Support Services grant including budget oversight, compliance reporting, staff supervision, participant recruitment and retention, coordination with college services, program evaluation, and community liaison work to support low-income, first-generation, and at-risk students.

Prospect into assigned accounts using phone, email, and social selling; qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and set appointments for account executives. Track interactions in CRM, follow up diligently, and share prospect insights with marketing to improve campaigns.

Work directly with customers to own implementations end-to-end: discovery, integration, deployment, optimization. Write production code, build automations from messy workflows, and serve as the technical face of the company to ensure customer success.

Lead and execute quality engineering activities including First Article Inspection, CCB facilitation, RFD coordination, ECO preparation, MRB dispositions, and cross-functional evaluations (Arena/MFG/Supply Chain). Establish controls, traceability, expiration parameters, and corrective actions to manage deviations and ensure product and process compliance.

Lead content strategy and UX writing for investing products, shaping product direction with design and engineering. Write clear explanations for complex financial features, build content standards and templates, use AI to prototype and scale work, mentor teammates, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent, compliant messaging.

Lead IT procurement strategy and processes, manage full purchase lifecycle, negotiate contracts and vendor relationships, oversee purchase orders and invoicing, mentor procurement staff, and identify cost-saving supplier opportunities while liaising with senior leadership.
