Provides front-office and administrative support by managing calls, visitors, records, reporting, office supplies, meetings, appointments, travel coordination, and meeting documentation. Responds to administrative inquiries, maintains filing systems, prepares data summaries, and supports managers and supervisors. Requires strong communication, customer service, organization, attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently.

Manages project billing and subcontractor invoice cycles, including timesheet and expense validation, invoice preparation, spending monitoring, and client submissions. Advises leaders on employee relations, performance management, policy application, engagement, retention, compliance, risk, and workforce decisions. Builds relationships through regional site visits, facilitates leadership discussions and training, and collaborates with Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, leave administration, training, and People Analytics teams.

Coordinates international ocean export shipments from US plants to overseas customers, including carrier bookings, drayage, export documentation, tracking, billing audits, customer communication, and shipment schedule updates. Maintains SOPs, customer profiles, and carrier performance KPIs while collaborating with logistics, shipping, production, finance, customer service, carriers, and external vendors.

Manage full-cycle bookkeeping, including general ledger maintenance, payables, receivables, reconciliations, payroll support, and month-end close. Administer employee records, benefits, PTO, onboarding, terminations, and compensation updates. Maintain multi-state registrations, tax accounts, licenses, insurance records, and recurring compliance filings. Track job costs, support profitability reporting, and coordinate with the accountant, CFO, and external CPA.

Serve as strategic partner to CEO and Board to build a scalable finance organization. Lead accounting, FP&A, treasury, commercial finance, reporting, ERP and BI transformations, capital allocation, M&A support, and cross-functional partnership to drive profitability, working capital, and operational efficiency.

Leads the end-to-end US supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, supplier quality, inventory, production planning, warehousing, logistics, and trade compliance. Builds the domestic supplier base, negotiates costs and lead times, configures ERP/MRP systems, establishes warehouse operations, and drives supplier performance. The role partners cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, warehouse, finance, and customs, initially working hands-on before building and leading a supply chain team.

Manages the financial and commercial performance of a complex project portfolio across the Americas. Responsibilities include forecasting revenue, cost, and margin; ensuring accounting and contract compliance; executing internal controls; managing change orders, supplier claims, taxes, penalties, and project transactions; coordinating project reviews; overseeing subcontractors and suppliers; mitigating risks; and improving project execution processes. The role also mentors junior portfolio finance managers and works with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors.

Develops new B2B healthcare sales relationships across the Eastern U.S., engaging hospital and healthcare stakeholders. Builds account relationships, navigates hospital decision-making, presents clinical and scientific product benefits, achieves sales targets, uses CRM data, and generates leads through trade shows and conferences. Requires frequent domestic and occasional international travel, strong communication and organizational skills, healthcare market knowledge, technology aptitude, and valid driving credentials.
